This Tenant Community is an online service of Forssa-asunnot Oy (hereafter the Owner), where tenants who have made a tenancy agreement can participate in discussions, voting and surveys, as well as receive notifications and emails from the Tenant Community. Membership in the community is open to anyone who is a tenant with the Owner. Members are expected to act respectfully and in accordance with good manners. Each member is responsible for all activity carried out through their user account in the service.
All members of the community have the right to add and comment on content, following the instructions and guidelines provided by the service administrators. Content can be organised as either open or restricted. Restrictions may be based on the property, the tenant's role, or preferences specified by the tenant. Some content may be visible only to specific members via personal invitation or selection.
Members of the Tenant Community may receive email notifications about new content at varying intervals throughout the year. Members may also be invited to participate in face-to-face events, such as tenant meetings or community maintenance activities.
The community is moderated by designated individuals who monitor and supervise its activities. Moderators may remove inappropriate or offensive comments and may suspend or permanently exclude members from the community. Tenants can give positive reactions to comments made by others and can flag a disturbing or inappropriate comment in a discussion for review by a moderator. If a comment receives several similar reports, it will be removed from view, and the moderator may decide to delete it completely or to exclude the member from the community.
The community and its contents may not be modified in any way or reproduced or publicly displayed, performed, or distributed or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Owner. Use of the content of the Tenant Community for any purpose on other websites or in a networked computer environment is prohibited. The rights, including copyrights, of the material contained in the community belong to the Owner. If a community member violates these terms of use, their right to use this site will be terminated by a moderator's decision.
The service uses the Owner's personal register and data generated by the member when using the service. A community member may contact the administration if they wish to exercise their right to access the data collected about them or if they wish to delete all data stored about them.
The Owner has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on its website. However, all material on this website is provided as such without any obligation.
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the material on this website at any time. The information published on the site may refer to content, products, or services that are not yet available or may not be available in the future. The Owner is not responsible for any damage caused by the use, operation, or inoperability of the website or for any security risks posed to the user.
There may be links to websites owned or operated by third parties on the tenants' association website. Links to third-party websites on this website are provided for the convenience of the member only. Your access to such sites is subject to that site's own terms of use. The Owner has not reviewed all such third-party sites and does not control or endorse such sites or their content. Members may receive project-specific rewards, such as gift cards to an online store. These rewards will always be announced separately on a project-by-project basis.
The Owner has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review areas of the site where users transmit or forward messages or communicate only with each other and the content of such communications. The Owner is not responsible for the content of any communication, regardless of whether copyright, defamation, privacy, or other laws apply. The Owner may, at its discretion, remove any material posted by users from its website at any time.

]]>As a tenant, you can join the community by following these instructions.
1) Go to the upper righthand corner of the page and press the green button Kirjaudu (Sign in). You can change the language to English from the menu to the left of the button.
The button will take you to the sign-in page. There, choose the Register (Liity mukaan) link when registering with the community for the first time.
Complete the registration by filling out the information requested on the page:
- Fill out your email address (use the same address as in your other tenant information, individual to each tenant!)
- Create a password that meets the requirements (listed in the blue box)
- Tick the box I agree to the terms and conditions
- Press Register
- Confirm the registration via the link sent to your email (if needed, verify also the spam folder) and sign into the community!
2) From now on you can access the discussion content when you sign in with your email and password from the top righthand button Kirjaudu (Sign in). If you forget your password, reset it by clicking the Password reset link at the bottom of the sign-in page. Should your tenant information change in the future, update them through the customer service.

]]>Liittymällä jäseneksi Forssa-asuntojen digitaaliseen asukasyhteisöön sitoudut noudattamaan näitä käyttöehtoja. Jos et hyväksy näitä käyttöehtoja, älä käytä tätä verkkosivustoa.
Asukasyhteisö on Forssa-asunnot Oy:n (vastedes Omistaja) verkkopalvelu, jossa sopimuksen tehneet asukkaat voivat mm. osallistua keskusteluihin, äänestyksiin, kyselyihin ja voivat saada ilmoituksia ja sähköpostia asukasyhteisöstä. Asukasyhteisön jäseneksi voi liittyä kuka tahansa, joka on Omistajan vuokra-asukkaana. Jäseniltä edellytetään hyvien tapojen kunnioittamista ja niiden mukaista toimintaa. Jäsen on vastuussa itse kaikesta, mitä hänen käyttäjätunnustensa kautta palvelussa tapahtuu.
Kaikilla asukasyhteisön jäsenillä on oikeus lisätä ja kommentoida sisältöjä palvelun ylläpitäjien ohjeiden ja toiveiden mukaan sekä avoimissa, että rajatuissa sisältökokonaisuuksissa. Sisältökokonaisuudet voidaan rajata esimerkiksi kiinteistön tai asukkaan roolin tai ilmoittamien preferenssien perusteella. Osa sisällöistä voi olla henkilökohtaiseen kutsuun tai valintaan perustuvia, eivätkä ne välttämättä näy kaikille jäsenille.
Asukasyhteisön jäsenet saavat sähköpostitse viestejä uusista sisällöistä vaihtelevan määrän vuodessa. Yhteisön jäseniä voidaan erikseen kutsua osallistumaan myös kasvotusten toteutettaviin tapahtumiin, kuten asukaskokouksiin tai talkoisiin.
Asukasyhteisössä on moderaattoreja, jotka seuraavat ja valvovat yhteisön toimintaa. He voivat poistaa epäasiallisia tai loukkaavia kommentteja ja sulkea jäsenen joko tietyksi ajaksi, tai kokonaan pois yhteisöstä. Asukas voi antaa myönteisiä reaktioita muiden kommentteihin, sekä merkitä keskusteluissa häiritsevän tai epäasiallisen kommentin moderaattorin tarkistettavaksi. Kommentin saatua useita samanlaisia ilmoituksia, se poistuu näkyvistä ja moderaattori voi tarvittaessa päättää poistaa sen kokonaan, tai sulkea jäsenen yhteisöstä.
Asukasyhteisön ja siellä olevia sisältöjä ei saa muokata millään tavoin tai jäljentää tai julkisesti näyttää, esittää tai jakaa tai muuten käyttää julkiseen tai kaupalliseen tarkoitukseen ilman Omistajan etukäteen antamaa kirjallista suostumusta. Asukasyhteisön sisältöjen käyttäminen mihin tahansa tarkoitukseen muilla verkkosivustoilla tai verkkoon kytketyssä tietokoneympäristössä on kielletty. Yhteisön sisältämän aineiston oikeudet, tekijänoikeudet mukaan lukien, kuuluvat Omistajalle. Jos yhteisön jäsen rikkoo näitä käyttöehtoja, hänen oikeutensa käyttää tätä sivustoa päättyy moderaattorin päätöksellä.
Palvelussa käytetään Omistajan henkilörekisteriä ja tietoja, jotka syntyvät jäsenen toimesta hänen käyttäessään palvelua. Yhteisön jäsen voi ottaa yhteyttä ylläpitoon, jos hän haluaa käyttää oikeuttaan saada itselleen häneen liittyvän kerätyn datan, tai kun hän haluaa poistaa kaiken häneen liittyvän tallennetun tiedon.
Omistaja on pyrkinyt varmistamaan sivustonsa tietosisällön oikeellisuuden. Kaikki tämän sivuston sisältämä aineisto toimitetaan kuitenkin sellaisenaan sitoumuksetta.
Omistaja pidättää oikeuden tehdä milloin tahansa muutoksia tämän sivuston aineistoon. Sivustolla julkaistut tiedot voivat viitata sisältöihin, tuotteisiin tai palveluihin, joita ei ole saatavilla vielä, tai välttämättä edes tulevaisuudessa. Omistaja ei vastaa sivuston käyttämisestä, toimimisesta tai toimimattomuudesta aiheutuvasta vahingosta tai niiden käyttäjälle aiheuttamista tietoturvariskeistä.

Jäsenet voivat saada projektikohtaisesti palkkioita, kuten lahjakortteja verkkokauppaan. Näistä palkkioista ilmoitetaan aina erikseen projektikohtaisesti.
Omistajalla on oikeus, mutta ei velvollisuutta, seurata ja tarkistaa sellaisia sivuston alueita, joissa käyttäjät siirtävät tai välittävät viestejä tai ovat yhteydessä vain keskenään sekä kyseisen viestinnän sisältöä. Omistaja ei ole vastuussa viestinnän sisällöstä siitä riippumatta sovelletaanko siihen tekijänoikeus-, kunnianloukkaus-, yksityisyyden suoja- tai muita lakeja. Omistaja voi harkintansa mukaan milloin tahansa poistaa käyttäjien lähettämän aineiston sivuiltaan.
Näihin käyttöehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lainsäädäntöä. Omistaja voi muuttaa näitä käyttöehtoja milloin tahansa päivittämällä tämän sivun. Jäsenen on syytä aika ajoin tarkistaa voimassa olevat käyttöehdot tältä sivulta, koska käyttöehdot sitovat sivuston käyttäjiä. 1) Aluksi mene sivuston oikeaan yläkulmaan ja paina Kirjaudu. Siirry sitten kirjautumisikkunan alalaitaan ja paina linkkiä Liity mukaan:
Tällöin pääset rekisteröintinäkymään. Suorita rekisteröinti täyttämällä sivun pyytämät tiedot:
- Täytä sähköpostiosoitteesi (HUOM. osoitteen tulee olla sama, kuin muissa asukastiedoissasi!)
- Luo salasana, joka täyttää annetut vaatimukset (sinisessä laatikossa)
- Rastita ruutu Hyväksyn ehdot
- Paina Luo tili
- Vahvista rekisteröityminen sähköpostiisi tulleesta linkistä (tarkista tarvittaessa roskaposti) ja kirjaudu yhteisöön!
2) Jatkossa kirjautuminen yhteisöön tapahtuu aina oikean yläkulman painikkeesta Kirjaudu. Jos unohdat salasanasi, napsauta kirjautumisnäkymän alimmaista linkkiä sen palauttamiseksi, jolloin saat sähköpostiisi salasanan vaihtolinkin (voimassa 10 min.).
Mikäli yhteystietosi muuttuvat, päivitä ne asiakaspalvelun kautta.
